A little bit different than the others on the list, this Tiny Leopard Print Wonderfold Canopy with Shades by Loss Lovey also includes side shades. This prevents unwanted sun from coming in the sides, but mainly helps in the winter when you need to keep the cold air off of your toddlers.

Plus, the print is adorable and fits the aesthetic. It would look great with one of those Stanley Dupes that have a leopard print bottom.

This Smiley Face Wonderfold Canopy by Eli and Emma always reminds me of one of my friends who also happens to have a Wonderfold wagon, she just has the two-seater rather than the four-seater wagon I have. It’s a great option if you’re looking for a canopy that’s on the lighter side!

How to DIY Your Own Wonderfold Wagon Canopy

Let’s just say that if you’re crafty and have a sewing machine, the most affordable option for a custom Wonderfold wagon canopy is to do-it-yourself. Now, there are multiple methods of tackling the task yourself – there are even a few methods that are no-sew!

If you want to follow a pattern and love sewing, you should check out this pattern for the Wonderfold W2 Canopy with Shade by LossLovey or their Wonderfold W4 Canopy with Shade Pattern.

If you are not-so-crafty and don’t own a sewing machine, follow the same patterns but add on about an inch of additional fabric. Instead of using a sewing machine for seams, you can use HeatnBond Hem Iron-on Adhesive.

I will say, doing it on your own MAY involve some trial and error – I know mine did! Luckily, there are a lot more resources available to help you out. For example, below you’ll find a walk-through tutorial on Youtube for how to make your own canopy!

Although she provides pretty clear instructions on how to make your own canopy, it does ultimately depend on the type of fabric you use and which Wonderfold you own.

Luckily, most fabric can be found at Hobby Lobby or Joanns. Other fabrics, such as knit, DBP or swim knit, you may need to order off of another platform, like Etsy.

This is still a rather quick project to tackle, although you do need a bit of space due to the size of the canopy. No worries if you’re a beginner, it’s an easier sewing or no-sew project out of the bunch!

Which of these Wonderfold wagon canopies was your favorite? Or would you rather make your own? Let me know in the comments below!
