It’s the official first episode of the Everyday She Moms Podcast! I couldn’t be more excited to share that we now have a podcast – and I fought through the anxiety and fear and actually recorded it.
For the first episode, I covered what Everyday She Moms is and why I love hearing from other moms so much. I dive into my own motherhood experience and touch on my personal breastfeeding story.

The Everyday She Moms Podcast is a podcast for the everyday mom. The stories that you feel other people don’t necessarily want to hear but you feel the need to share. Like the time you son pooped on the dog bed or when your epidural didn’t act like it was supposed to.
You’ll be able to hear from moms that have been in the same place as you – or in a completely different spot altogether! It’s about learning, connecting, and sharing these experiences as moms.
Honestly, I don’t know about you, but motherhood gets lonely. Having this and building this amazing community of mamas to learn and lean on is one of the most exciting experiences of my life.
You don’t need to be a blogger, a billionaire, or a podcaster to share your story. And, technically, you don’t have to share your story at all to experience camaraderie between mamas.
Just be yourself, reach out when you need help, and embrace motherhood in all it’s ugly beautifulness.
